Who is Calling Me? 800-926-1303 - ANSWER
It's a company called, "Partners." I discovered they are a Collection Agency sometimes for Student Loans. You would need to send the STOP COLLECTOR FORM LETTER, (listed a few posting back), to stop them from harassing you.

Who are they? (361-992-3070) They are in Corpus Christi, Texas. A company called "FutureMarket Te", is a telemarketing firm that does Fundraisers. It is classified as "Commercial Fundraisers or Co-Venturers Utilized." They are used by the American Lung Association, American Lung Association of Washington, the Cooperative for Assistance & Relief Everywhere, Inc., and the National Children's Cancer Society, Inc. It seems legit, but they are annoying and overly persistent nonetheless.
